Hallie Guiseppe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advancement operations and a passion for driving organizational growth. As the Director of Advancement Operations at Alvernia University since October 2019, Hallie has been instrumental in optimizing fundraising strategies and streamlining operational processes.

Hallie began using Microsoft Power Automate in March 2022. As the 2022 Blackbaud Developers Conference Vision Awardee, she has worked with Blackbaud developers to accelerate her skills, allowing her to automate various workflows and enhance operational efficiency, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the organization.

Hallie finds joy in various hobbies and activities outside her professional endeavors. She has a deep appreciation for nature and can often be found embarking on exhilarating hikes with her husband, Al, and beloved English Shepherd, Annabelle.
