Hallie Guiseppe thrives on tackling challenges and envisioning innovative strategies to create efficiencies, improve accuracy, and boost productivity. Hallie was recognized for her contributions to the Blackbaud Community this year at #bbdevdays. She received the 2024 Community Award for being "Most helpful in the Blackbaud SKY Community as selected by last year's winner."

Hallie's experience spans industries such as oil and gas, corporate accounting, and non-profit sectors, providing her with a broad foundation to approach complex challenges creatively. Since joining Alvernia University as the Director of Advancement Operations in October 2019, she has strategically optimized and streamlined operational processes. Hallie's journey with Microsoft Power Automate, which was launched with the 2022 Blackbaud Developers Conference Vision Award for her innovative idea, has led to significant time and cost savings for the Alvernia University Institutional Advancement division.

Curiosity, determination, and originality are Hallie's strengths. She is passionate about enhancing systems and processes, constantly seeking ways to save time and resources while improving quality and accuracy.

Outside her professional endeavors, Hallie finds joy in spending time with her family. She loves long hikes with her husband, Al, and their beloved English Shepherd, Annabelle.
