Derek's team collaborates across Blackbaud, serving as a nexus of solutions, subject matter, and market expertise. The Solution Architect team collaborates with Products and Product Marekting to shape and execute our Go-To-Market strategy, influence solution roadmaps, and driving customer adoption and satisfaction through various initiatives.
