Reuben is the Prospect Analyst at the Center for Mission and Ministry of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, where he has been working since 2021. He has spent the past 30 years in the non-profit world, with a focus on database management and analysis, and has been a Blackbaud user since 2006. He is a long-time volunteer at three local non-profits as well.
