His expertise includes Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Robotic Process Automation, Customer Insights, Field Service, USD, SQL Server Administration, SQL Reporting Services, DAX, SharePoint and related business analytics tools. He has delivered technical training to partners and customers and presented at dozens of community user group conferences in the US, Europe, and India. Thompson holds a B.S. Degree in Education and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Professional.
