Tom started his career in charity data management before joining Blackbaud as a Raiser's Edge consultant. He brings that sector expertise to his role as a software engineer for JustGiving. He is a certified Web Accessibility Specialist, and celebrating 10 years with Blackbaud. Away from work, he volunteers a member of his local lifeboat crew.
