Tom spent a decade working in the charity sector as a database manager before joining Blackbaud as a Raiser's Edge® Consultant, where he assisted customers across Europe and the Middle East. In 2019, he joined the JustGiving® Software Engineering team (part of Blackbaud's Research, Delivery, and Operations department), and now works predominantly on the React front-end of the checkout He is also a JustGiving Accessibility Champion. Outside of work, Tom is a trainee lifeboat navigator and a Magistrate.
