Nichols Condon has been with Blackbaud and in the nonprofit industry for more than 20 years. She currently serves as a principal customer success manager on the nonprofit vertical team, where she works with large multi-faceted enterprise nonprofits ensuring that Blackbaud’s customers are getting the most out of their Blackbaud solutions and are raising as much money as possible for their missions. Her team is focused on delivering customer outcomes that support the customer’s direct mission.
