As one of the founding members of Blackbaud's Interactive Services team, Bo Crader leads organizations through digital transformation of their communication, marketing, and engagement programs. Bo has spent 18 years at Blackbaud as a consultant, solutions architect, and strategist for fundraising and marketing campaigns, including many of the top nonprofit brands worldwide. Specific areas of expertise include integrated user experience, campaign design, solution architecture, and leadership through change. Bo regularly publishes his experiences and lectures for graduate-level courses on topics related to technology, fundraising trends, and leadership. Since 2013, Bo has "walked the walk" by raising over $350,000 for local nonprofits.
