Neena Gupta Needel is Vice President of Product and Head of Donor Management at Blackbaud, Inc, where she leads the company's Donor Management product lines, including Raiser’s Edge NXT, Blackbaud CRM, and Altru. She has over 20 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, UX Design, and Data Intelligence and has held leadership roles at Classy, Inc., Civitas Learning, and HomeAway (now Vrbo). She also contributed to the POWER platform at IBM Research, which is now the basis of IBM watsonx. Neena holds a B.A. in Digital Design and an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Her expertise lies in product and engineering leadership, business strategy, digital transformation, and UX design.
