Lauren began her blackbaud journey in 2005 with Raiser's Edge, helping out with data entry at a small environmental nonprofit in California.  She has spent her 20-year career in the nonprofit industry, crossing the country working for environmental, cultural, religious and educational organizations, with several different combinations of blackbaud solutions. 

Dexter southfield is a PK-12 coed day school in Brookine, Massachusetts. Lauren oversees administration of their blackbaud suite and the integrations among and between their data systems.

When she's not diving into her professional interests, Lauren loves spending time outdoors, whether it's with her family or enjoying solo adventures throughout the seasons. You'll often find her relaxing outside with a good detective novel. She also has an appreciation for plants, whether they're thriving in the wild, or beautifying her garden and home.
