Sarah has been doing process improvement work for over 20 years - 5 years of that with Blackbaud and the rest with two Fortune 500 companies prior to Blackbaud. In addition to leading and participating in various process improvement efforts across Blackbaud, Sarah trains Blackbaud employees on process improvement methodology, tools, and techniques. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and daughter, where she enjoys cooking and being active outdoors!
