Laura is a Sr. Principal Business Analyst with the Professional Services Team. She joined Blackbaud in 2007 and used her extensive systems experience to assist customers to successfully implement The Financial Edge solution. Prior to joining Blackbaud, she spent 7 years as a Systems Analyst for a nonprofit in the Chicago area where she implemented and supported both The Financial Edge and The Raisers Edge.
