Team Pass Registration Steps/FAQs

With so many ways to create together during bbdevdays, why not invite the whole team along? Our $199 Team Pass has 5 seats for the price of 4, giving your team early access to the Agenda Builder, our official conference t-shirt, the chance for virtual volunteering, and networking opportunities.

No worries! Simply select “No” when asked “Are you attending yourself” – this allows you to assign 5 passes to whomever you wish on the “Group Registration” page.

When initially registering, you will be asked if you want to upgrade yourself to our Skills Pass or stick to the Developer Pass. For an additional $50, the Skills Pass gives you the chance to enroll in our Skills Labs, small hands-on sessions where participants can learn, practice, and enhance their technical skills through guided examples and real-world scenarios with product experts.

Each team member will be given the chance to do the same for themselves when they complete their personal registration. The registrant who paid for the team pass will be the person billed for the Skills Pass upgrade.

After adding your team members and completing your registration, you will have access to a link to share with your team.

This link allows them to complete their registration at the screen pictured below. Here, they can self-select a Skills Lab Pass. As the original payee, you will be the one charged for the pass.

After selecting Team Pass on the initial registration page, you will follow through the steps for inputting your personal information, such as your name and what type of organization you work for.

Then, you will reach the “Group Registration” page. Here you can add your Team Pass members. To start, click the “Add Group” button.

If you selected that you are attending bbdevdays on a previous step, choose the “Developer - Comped” reg type and increase the total to 4 passes.  If you are not attending yourself, choose the “Developer - Comped” reg type and increase the total to 5 passes.

At this point, your screen should look like the below picture, with either 4 or 5 listed underneath both “Remaining Spots” and “Total Purchased”.  To add in the information for each of your registrants, click the person icon highlighted below.

Not sure who is attending yet? Not a problem. Attendees can add their details at a later date. For now, simply add in your “Developer - Comped” passes but do not add details.

In the below example, information for two attendees has been added while two spots remain to be added at a later date.

Once complete, click the “Continue” button.

Next, you’ll be prompted to input your payment information. After confirming your payment, you will be shown your confirmation page.

To invite any attendees whose information is not already inputted, share the highlighted URL with them for them to complete their registration.

Note: Only share this URL with as many people as you have remaining spots. In this example, share it with two people, who can then input their information to register. Following the link will lead them to the below landing page.

If more people than you have spots for access this URL, they will reach this screen and would need to reach out to the group leader to purchase another pass.

To access the personal URLs for team registrants whose details you already added, click the drop-down arrow highlighted below. This will reveal the already invited attendees as well as their personal URL. They can use this URL to complete their registration.

This URL will take them to a personal landing page, which auto-populates their email address and registrant type.

Once all your attendees input their information, your registration is complete!

After adding in your 4 or 5 “Developer - Comped” passes on the “Group Registration” page depending on whether you are attending yourself, you have the option to add more.

To do so, click the “Add Group” button like you did to add your “Developer - Comped” passes. Then, select “Developer - Paid” and add any number of additional passes at $49 each. Or, select “Explorer - Free” and add any number of additional passes for free.

Note: The Explorer pass gives you access to incredible mainstage announcements, keynote speakers, and conference panels but not networking sessions, skills labs, and our official conference t-shirt like Developer and Skills Passes.

At this point, your screen should look like the below picture, with either 4 or 5 listed underneath both “Remaining Spots” and “Total Purchased” for the “Developer - Comped” passes and however many additional passes you selected listed beneath that.  In this example, two “Explorer - Free” passes and one “Developer - Paid” pass were added.
