Last year at bbdevdays, we shared an experiment.

We had started building AI agents inside Red Arc to see whether they could take on real operational work across our support desk and internal processes. Very quickly, they were handling triage, processing requests, routing work, and reducing the day-to-day busywork across our team.

That experiment changed the direction of our company.

This year, we’re bringing those ideas into the Blackbaud ecosystem with Workflow Agents: AI-powered workflows built specifically for fundraising teams inside Raiser's Edge NXT.

In this session we’ll demonstrate practical examples including declined gift follow-up, supporter engagement processes, and major gift workflows. We’ll show how AI, automation, and integrations can work together to simplify everyday fundraising operations and help teams spend more time on the work that matters most.
