Haider Ali has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of fundraising operations, data strategy, and organizational performance — first inside institutions, now building the technology to fix what he saw broken from the inside.

He built his foundation at McGill University, where he rose to Associate Director of Business Intelligence and helped the institution surpass a $750M campaign goal by more than $270M. From there he led advancement performance and strategy at the University of Ottawa before moving into the nonprofit technology space. He is the author of the Fund Management Maturity Model and currently serves as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing at FundMiner, where he works with fundraising organizations to close the gap between dollars raised and impact delivered.
