Austen Brown is the Senior Automation Architect for Prenger Solutions Group, a full-service consulting firm assisting non-profits with fundraising, database administration and automation solutions.  

Austen is one of the most recognizable names in the Raiser's Edge community. She has more than a decade of experience working with Raiser’s Edge NXT, and specializes in cleaning up database, solving complex problems, and building time-saving automation flows to the delight of nonprofits from coast to coast. 

Austen is a frequent bbcon speaker and has co-led a series of skills labs at Blackbaud’s annual developer conference. She also answers thousands (no really) of user questions each year on the Raiser's Edge Facebook forum and Blackbaud user community.
