No. Because of the impacts of COVID-19, we are making K-12 UC Virtual FREE for all attendees.
The K–12 UC virtual conference will be a two-day event held July 8-9, 2020. New registrants can sign up here. Current registrants received additional information to help you adjust you paid in-person registration which is also outlined in details below.
You should have received an email with instructions on how to transfer your existing registration to K–12 UC 2021 or receive a full refund. Please check your spam box and then reach out to us at email@example.com if you didn’t receive that communication.
Please note that refunds may take up to 45 days to complete. All refunds will be issued by July 31, 2020. If you registered a group of attendees, please ensure you or all group members complete this request. You can make changes for each registrant by clicking the Edit icon next to each person on the Additional People registration page. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help!
We will automatically register you for the virtual experience. If do not wish to attend, you can opt out on the same login page where you choose to transfer your existing registration or receive a refund.
Hotel & Travel
We realize some of you may wish to keep your travel plans to Los Angeles and we are happy to keep your hotel reservations as booked.
If you wish to cancel your hotel reservation at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, please contact the BBK12UC Hotel Reservation Office. Deposits are refundable if canceled prior to June 12, 2020.
Important note: if you booked a hotel outside of the BBK12UC housing block you are responsible for contacting the hotel directly.
No, we will not refund individual airline ticket costs. Please contact your airline directly regarding ticket cancellations.
