Jay Trussell is the Director of Information Systems for Advancement Services at the University of South Carolina. There is leads the team in charge of the management of the Blackbaud CRM instance, along with its connected reporting services, as well as the lead developer for the BBIS site. Before joining UofSC, Jay worked for 15 years at Brevard College where he oversaw all aspects of IT.
