Tracy Dodge is the Director of Student Information & Registrar at Washington International School, where she oversees the student information system, learning management system, and all Blackbaud integrations. She has expertise in academic record management and reporting, student data privacy, implementing technology solutions, designing and delivering training, and developing policy and procedure. During her tenure, she has led the creation of the school's privacy policy, record retention schedule, and gender inclusion policy.

Prior to joining the K-12 field, Ms. Dodge worked for nearly ten years in higher education, advising student leaders and running large-scale programs at American University, Harvard Law School, and Pine Manor College. She earned her master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
