She is the author of multiple books including The Love Response, Your Brain on Nature, Your Health Destiny, The Stress Management Handbook, and her latest, Resilience for Dummies. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Marimed, Inc., is a Scientific Advisor for Sensie, is an Adjunct Scientist at the Human Nutrition Research Center for Aging at Tufts University, and advises with a variety of fitness and nutrition companies.
