An internationally recognized expert on resiliency and stress reduction, Dr. Eva Selhub specializes in helping individuals and organizations improve health, wellbeing, productivity and outcomes by creating a culture of resilience. A board certified physician, Dr. Selhub taught for 20 years as an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She also served as the Medical Director for the prestigious Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She is the author of multiple books including The Love Response, Your Brain on Nature, Your Health Destiny, The Stress Management Handbook, and her latest, Resilience for Dummies. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Marimed, Inc., is a Scientific Advisor for Sensie, is an Adjunct Scientist at the Human Nutrition Research Center for Aging at Tufts University, and advises with a variety of fitness and nutrition companies. Dr. Selhub has been published in medical journals and featured in national publications including The New York Times, Self, Shape, USA Today, Fitness, and Journal of Woman’s Health, and has appeared on radio and television in connection with her work, including The Dr. Oz Show.
