Jacqueline is the Product Manager for Blackbaud Student Information System. She joined Blackbaud in 2013 and supported Blackbaud Education Management and the previous education products. Following a passion for finding solutions to improve schools' workflows, she joined the Education Product Management team in 2018. Since then, Jacqueline has been focused on modernization and reducing complex workflows, striving to reduce workload for the academic back office users.
