Jeff Lallo has dedicated more than 30 years to adult education and professional development. His teaching career began at Youngstown State University while earning his MBA. After relocating to Central Ohio, he joined the education division of a Columbus-based technology company, delivering training to corporate customers.

Jeff later became the company's first outsourced, on-site instructor at Honda in Marysville, Ohio. A few years into the engagement, Honda hired him into its IT organization, where he served in a variety of technical and management roles over the next 25 years. During that time, he led Honda's Technical Development Center, an internal training organization responsible for developing manufacturing plant-floor technicians.

Throughout his career at Honda, Jeff continually found ways to stay connected to his passion for teaching, whether in a classroom, training center, or workplace setting. Today, after more than five years with Blackbaud University, he continues to help professionals build confidence and skills. His students leave class empowered, energized, and ready to apply what they've learned to achieve even greater success.
