This presentation will discuss how critical it is for schools to document their Information Systems policies and procedures. The focus will be on how to create and maintain simple, straight-forward, and visual documentation of school policies related to Blackbaud products. The target audience will be any Blackbaud users , Database Admins, Information Systems Directors, or any other school IT personnel.
