Taylor Francis is a Customer Success Manager at Blackbaud and Raiser's Edge NXT guru. She began her career with Blackbaud in 2012 as a Raiser’s Edge Customer Support Analyst and within two years, transitioned to the Professional Services team. As a Raiser's Edge NXT consultant, Taylor delivered hundreds of consulting projects, ranging from new customer implementations to complex multi-database mergers. One of Taylor’s areas of expertise is creating structure from chaos – taking a complex system and distilling it down to its most simple parts. She now is able to do that as Customer Sucess Manager, where she leads weekly Raiser's Edge NXT webinars to drive customer outcomes and ensure successful adoption of the system.
