Over the past six years, The White Mountain School has continued to focus, refine, and provide feedback to students on its core competencies: Essential Skills and Habits. The school took a critical step on this journey over the past year by piloting the new competency-based education (CBE) functionality in Blackbaud's LMS. In this session, we'll discuss how this shift has changed the mindset of students and educators alike, digging into the lessons learned along the way.
