In 2017, Heather LeVan joined the Blackbaud team as a Solutions Engineer, specializing in Financial Edge NXT and Raiser’s Edge NXT. With 16 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Heather held key positions of Director of Development and Chief Financial Officer within higher education, public education, and cancer research. During her tenure in nonprofit, she utilized Blackbaud products for 11 years. In 2021, Heather transitioned to Blackbaud's Global Marketing team, merging her passion for nonprofits, technology, and storytelling.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Community Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Westminster University. Her graduate work focused on leveraging digital storytelling to raise awareness of child hunger issues, involving direct engagement with families in need.

She resides in South Carolina with her spouse, their two adult children, and two Labrador retrievers.
