A member of Metairie Park Country Day School's (MPCDS) team for 19 years, Reed has worked with numerous Blackbaud K–12 Solutions. Her MPCDS tenure began in the Development Office, where she worked with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, before moving into the Admission Office and using Blackbaud Enrollment Management System. She has also used Crystal Reports to build an Admission Committee Review report. Throughout her MPCDS career, she has learned about the benefits and limitations of various systems, and she looks forward to sharing some tips and collaborating with others at UC20.
