A self-described 'data-nerd,' Rose is the Database Administrator at Thayer Academy in Braintree, MA and this year marks her 10th year working in independent schools and with Blackbaud products. She finds joy knowing her work contributes to the overall experience of students during their K-12 years and feels at home in the independent school community. When not being fascinated by data and analytics, she enjoys time with her husband, son and furbaby. She is excited to be returning to Los Angeles for BBUC after having lived there for seven years.
