Emilie Thomson is a Customer Success Manager for Blackbaud’s K-12 vertical. For the past 22 years, she has helped Blackbaud clients as a member of customer support, training, and professional services departments. Emilie frequently leads presentations at Blackbaud’s conferences and actively volunteers for local non-profits. She received BA degrees in international studies and music from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Emilie resides in Charleston, SC with her husband and three children, and is excited to be part of the Customer Success team so she can use her Blackbaud knowledge to help schools reach their goals.
