Laura Forshay serves as Business Process Transformation Analyst on the IT team at Bank Street College of Education and School for Children in New York City. In this role, she supports the planning and implementation of Bank Street's Blackbaud modules for admissions, student management, and learning management for both K12 and Higher Ed.
