Nancy Kierstead has worked as Severn School's Database Administrator since 2012. She spearheaded the transition from Education Edge, FAWeb, NetClassroom and NetCommunity to Blackbaud's Education Management Solutions. She loves problem solving, training others, and learning efficient and unique ways to get the most out of her school's systems. Prior to her current role, she was a classroom teacher, an instructor at the Medical University of South Carolina, and a consultant in the field of environmental and occupational health.
