Scott's personal mission is to give hope through personal and corporate reinvention. After leading an educational technology company for over a decade, he earned an M.Ed in Education Administration from Johns Hopkins University, and spent 14 years as the head of three independent schools. Having worked with thousands of schools around the world over the last decade, Scott created the School Growth Design Framework and a methodology for strategic planning that is data-driven and tailored to the context of each school. Scott has spoken at conferences around the world and often facilitates leadership retreats for a wide range of schools, associations, churches, non-profits, and businesses.
