Robb Hampton is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Blackbaud. In this role, Robb proactively works with nonprofit customers to identify how to optimize their current solutions to achieve their organizational goals and objectives . Prior to Blackbaud, Robb spent over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, most notably building the largest single day volunteer effort for public lands. Robb has experience in fundraising, program management, communications and developing partnerships with corporate, nonprofit and government organizations. Robb also currently runs his own nonprofit; Kids on Bicycles, whose mission is to provide kids free bikes with no questions asked. Robb lives in Darnestown, Maryland with his wife and two daughters. When not working, Robb enjoys cycling, snowboarding, skiing and coaching youth sports.
