Chelsea is a Senior Solutions Engineer and Fundraising Consultant at Blackbaud Pacific. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector across over six countries, Chelsea excels in driving impactful solutions for fundraising and donor engagement. At Blackbaud, she leverages her expertise to optimise the use of Raiser’s Edge NXT, providing consulting on best practices, training sessions, and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. 

In her spare time, Chelsea is president of The Regals Musical Society, volunteers for the Sydney chapter of Dress for Success, and plays with her two amazing rescue cats.
