Lenore joined Blackbaud Pacific in 2023 and brings over 13 years of experience working as a data analyst, data & insights manager and database manager of Raiser’s Edge in the UK for both national and international nonprofits, and in the Australian university sector. Special areas of interest include diving into data to discover trends and segments for successful fundraising opportunities, empowering Raiser’s Edge users to embrace data-driven decision-making, sharing her expertise to enhance system efficiencies, and championing targeted donor stewardship strategies to foster long-term, loyal relationships.

Originally from Sydney, and having lived in London for 23 years, Lenore lives in far north coast NSW Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in digital marketing and mathematics. When not playing the keyboard at work, Lenore enjoys surfing, dancing, and all things outdoors.
