Erik joined Blackbaud in April 2016 as a customer success manager, having spent the previous five years as the director of digital strategy at United to End Genocide, where he led strategic planning, online fundraising and advocacy campaigns, content development, brand management, and technical implementation. Erik combines his expertise in nonprofit communications with his passion for social justice to support social good technologists engage, influence, and create social change.
