Audra Jesudason is the Senior Director of Development Operations at the Houston Zoo. She manages development communications, gift processing, budget/finances and the Raiser's Edge database. Audra acts as liaison for the Fundraising Department to Membership, IT and Accounting. Her areas of expertise include gift processing, prospect management, moves management, reporting/analysis and database administration. Audra also analyzes the Houston Zoo’s economic impact and audience analysis. At the Houston Zoo, Audra has successfully integrated a new portfolio and gift accounting system. Her work in predictive modeling and wealth screenings has resulted in an increased ROI by 373%, general operating revenue by more than $450,000 and increased major campaign gifts by $2 million. With her leadership, the Houston Zoo’s accomplishments with Blackbaud Target Analytics resulted in an award from Drexel University – Drexel LeBow Analytics 50 Awards.
