Boy Scouts of America
Teresa Condon has been employed with Boy Scouts of America for 29 years. She started her career at Boy Scouts in meeting management. In 2000, Teresa started as a helpdesk agent and now manages a staff of 30 as the team lead for the member care contact center.
The member care contact center supports volunteers, parents, employees and the public in all aspects of Boy Scouts of America. Last year, the team processed 268,000 tickets.
Teresa has been married to Bill for 15 years. She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and college football.
