The recommended live user experience is joining via computer desktop and downloading the Microsoft Teams desktop app. Consultations and 1:1 meetings are delivered in the Swoogo web browser and available only on desktop.
We have developed a custom interface between Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Award Management™. As students are awarded scholarships in BBCRM our program, which runs daily, adds the scholarship recipient to the correct fund in BBCRM with the correct academic term and award amount. It also handles awards that span more than one semester. We wrote this before Blackbaud released the Blackbaud Award Management/Blackbaud CRM integration and will explore the differences between the two offerings. We may be able to retire our customization. In any rate it uses the Academic Works REST API to query and pull over award data based on specific codes configured for FSU's Blackbaud Award Management instance.
