Mr. Morton is the Director of Technology at Sheridan School in Washington D.C. He joined Sheridan School in 2014 bringing with him 25 years of professional experience as a technology practitioner. In previous roles he’s served in a twenty year career at IBM Global Business Services serving in lead technical roles on many projects including, the State of California Child Welfare Services Case Management System, IBM Smart Cloud for Government Data Centers and the Dept. of Justice 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund System II. He has also served as Dir. of Technical Operations at the San Francisco internet company formerly known as Switchouse.com. Mr. Morton began his career transition into education at the Chesapeake Science Point Charter School. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh.
