Dzauya Nkuchwayo has been part of the Blackbaud community since 2003, having worked eight years in the non-profit sector and eight years within Blackbaud. As a Principal Business Analyst, Dzauya worked with various non-profit organizations to implement Blackbaud solutions. Her experience as a consultant equipped her to be a successful Solutions Engineer for the Faith vertical. Dzauya’s goal is to leverage her lay experience in the faith community along with product knowledge to align Blackbaud solutions that support an organization’s mission and increases their impact to the people they serve.
