Help Shape a Better Global Vetting Experience

Join a select group of YourCause customers and Blackbaud leaders for a full-day working forum focused on the global vetting experience.

Global programs depend on vetting processes that are clear, consistent, and easier to navigate. This collaborative session will bring customers directly into the conversation to examine the current experience, review improvements already underway, and help prioritize practical changes for customers, employees, and nonprofit organizations.

This is not a traditional conference or product presentation. Attendees will participate in facilitated discussions and working sessions designed to turn real customer experiences into clear requirements, shared priorities, and actionable next steps.

What to Expect

A detailed agenda will be shared prior to the event, but planned topics include:

  • Current Vetting Journey: Review the end-to-end workflow, regional and partner differences, and improvements already in progress.
  • Customer-Led Discussion: Share how the current experience affects program planning, vetting requests, timelines, internal communication, and nonprofit engagement.
  • Regional Best Practices: Discuss charitable partnerships, communication, technology, and vetting nuances by region
  • Reporting and Technology: Explore current tracking capabilities and provide direct feedback on the information, reporting, and visibility your organization needs.
  • Future-State Working Session: Collaborate with peers and Blackbaud leaders on opportunities to improve workflow, ownership, escalation, and the handling of regional or partner-specific exceptions.
  • Shared Prioritization: Identify the improvements that would have the greatest impact and distinguish near-term opportunities from longer-term product needs

Who Should Attend

This invitation-only forum is designed for YourCause customers who oversee or influence:

  • Global giving and employee engagement programs
  • Nonprofit eligibility and vetting processes
  • Corporate social impact operations

What We Aim to Accomplish

By the end of the day, the group will have helped define:

  • What a successful global vetting experience should look like for customers, nonprofits, and Blackbaud
  • The most significant points of friction in the current journey
  • The status information, reporting, and tracking capabilities customers need
  • Opportunities to improve communication, ownership, and escalation
  • A more consistent workflow with clearly understood regional and partner exceptions
  • The highest-impact near-term improvements and longer-term product priorities
  • Clear owners, decisions, and a follow-up cadence

Space Is Limited

To support meaningful discussion and active participation, attendance will be limited to a small group of customer representatives. Each participant will have an important role in shaping the priorities and next steps that emerge from the forum.
