Working in Blackbaud Student Information System during end-of-term reporting often means troubleshooting report cards to ensure everything looks correct before grades go live.

In this session, learn best practices for resolving common issues, such as adjusting grading setups, verifying grade plans, updating templates for assessments and attendance, and configuring access. With these report card troubleshooting tips, families receive accurate, timely information and schools minimize support calls.

This session is an instructor-led, hands-on training. Please bring your own laptop – Blackbaud does not provide devices. Capacity is capped at 50—pre-registration by July 6 is required. Sample databases will be provisioned in advance.
