Summit Themes

This year’s summit will provide a series of inspiring mainstage speakers and panels coupled with breakout sessions that dive deeper into thought leadership concepts, customer best practices and case studies, as well as product insights and innovation previews that will all be centered around our four themes:

Cultivating inclusive engagement and evolving our CSR and social impact programs is key to creating meaningful experiences that connect employees with our local communities. By listening, learning, and understanding before taking action, we ensure our efforts truly resonate. This approach leaves both employees and communities feeling inspired and genuinely connected through our volunteering and giving initiatives, fostering a shared commitment to real needs and impactful work.

Supporting program growth with innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and finding ways to shorten the time between action and impact is key. This approach helps us work more efficiently, make a real difference, and prioritize human-centered strategies that care for people and communities.

Creating and growing programs that stay true to our values and build on trust is essential. We achieve meaningful impact through partnerships based on co-creation, collaboration, and mutual respect. By understanding what each partner uniquely brings to the table and recognizing their critical needs, we can work together towards shared goals and ensure our combined efforts lead to success.

Impact can mean many things, from quick actions that offer immediate help to those in need, to long-term changes that bring lasting, positive transformation. The first step is figuring out what impact means for your programs and partnerships. However, the next step is making sure you have the right tools, frameworks, and solutions in place to design, track, and ultimately tell your story of impact.

Product Innovation and Customer Success Lab

In addition to providing ample time to connect with your peers and CSR thought leaders, we are creating plenty of space for you to connect with YourCause!

In our Innovation Lab that will be open throughout the summit, you will get the chance to connect with YourCause product experts who will be at the ready to showcase new features and demonstrate functionality that can enable you to achieve your goals.

We’ll also have a number of Customer Success staff joining us in Dallas who are excited to connect with clients for strategic and meaningful conversations.
