POLICIES

Please note: Updates have been made to this policy to offer more flexibility during these uncertain times with the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.

There is no cancelation policy for new virtual registrants as attendance is FREE. Blackbaud will not issue cancelations and we encourage you to sign up all team members looking to access the content.

Paid in-person registrants should have received an email with instructions on how request a refund by modifying your existing registration. When submitting, you can also opt-in for this year's K–12 UC Virtual. Please check your spam box and then reach out to us at k12conference@blackbaud.com if you didn’t receive that communication. All registrants paying by invoice will receive a refund or a confirmation that the invoice has been canceled if it is not already paid.

Note that refunds may take up to 45 days to complete. All refunds will be issued by July 31, 2020. If you registered a group of attendees, please ensure you or all group members complete this request. You can make changes for each registrant by clicking the Edit icon next to each person on the Additional People registration page. Email us at k12conference@blackbaud.com if you need help!

All current registrants who do not take the action above by June 15 will automatically receive a full refund and access to K–12 UC Virtual with cancelation details.

Please note: Updates have been made to this policy to align to refunds/transfers for paid in-person attendees and new virtual registrants.

Those who transfer their registration to next year will not be issued a refund for this year and will receive details for a complimentary pass when K–12 UC 2021 registration opens. Pass details will be sent to the name and email address of the original registrant.

If your organization needs to substitute the original paid registrant for another colleague, please send a written request to k12conference@blackbaud.com. Submissions should come from the original registrant when possible.
