Do I have to be a Blackbaud customer to attend?

No, you will be provided with access to a Blackbaud training environment for the workshop. Please note, all examples will be done in a Raiser's Edge NXT environment.

Do I need to be an existing Microsoft customer?

No, we will provide you with details on creating a free Microsoft Power Platform trial account for the workshop.

Do I need to know programming languages to participate?

No, this workshop is for those with no computer science background.  We will use low-code and drag and drop tools.

Will the workshop be available virtually?

No, this hands on workshop is intended for an in-person learning experience.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

Bring your energy, creativity, and a laptop!

How do I get to the workshop?

The workshop is being held at the Microsoft Sydney offce. Detailed instructions for transportation, accommodations, and logistics will be made available to registered attendees.

Will I need to complete any work in advance of the workshop?

We will provide detailed pre-requisites and program guides shortly before the workshop.  If you do not receive this information prior to the workshop, please contact bbdevdays@blackbaud.com. You will need to set up your access to the various environments prior to the workshop.  

How much does the workshop cost?

The cost of the workshop is A$299 including all training materials, breakfast (day 2 only), lunch, and coffee breaks.

Is there any preliminary work for the workshop?

We will be hosting a Know Before You Go virtual call to help you get set up and address any questions. For those who cannot attend, the meeting will be recorded. Additionally, we will share Blackbaud University virtual courses that may provide beneficial foundational information.

When does registration close?

Registration closes on the 7th of April to ensure attendees have enough time to familiarise themselves with the Know Before You Go materials.
