Blackbaud’s 2020 North American Sales Kickoff (SKO) is coming soon and we can't wait to host in downtown Charleston again!
 
The week will begin with the Sales Manager Summit and Vertical/Team Days, followed by the main event. Main stage will take place on Wednesday at the Gaillard Center. Thursday is additional time dedicated to sales teams. Vertical days and sales team breakouts will take place at various hotel properties.
 
The deadline to register to attend and to book your hotel was Friday, January 10, 2020. Registrants past that date will receive booking information but are not guaranteed a room under the block. Please register for the event first to receive the proper booking link Registrants will recieve the booking link with confirmation email.

2020 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Get motivated for 2020 with keynotes, sales success stories, executive-led content, and Power Your Performance with sessions highlighting Blackbaud's key sales initiatives.
  • The 2020 program will emphasize one global sales organization at Blackbaud and encourage cross-team collaboration by including IMG sales teams.
  • You asked for more networking opportunities, we heard yout. The traditional awards dinner will be replaced with a sales celebration event at the SC Aquarium to maximize networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Build focused connections with representatives from the Blackbaud Partner Netowrk to increase support options for your customers
  • The SKO online swag store will be back! The navigation bar now has a link with details on how to preorder ahead of our event to pickup at Gaillard Center. Attendees can also visit the pop-up shop onsite in January to see samples and select your swag item.

ATTENDEE REMINDERS

  • To ensure there is enough space across all hotels, please book according to guidance provided after completing registration. Consult your manager for input on Tuesday meetings if it is not clear where you will join.
  • Travel booking is the responsibility of the individual and charges should be allocated back to your cost center. Local attendees will likely have parking expenses for the week which should also go back to the individual's cost center when not covered otherwise. 
  • Certain meals are covered as part of the event. Continental breakfast is available all week for hotel guests as part of your stay on event days (Tuesday-Thursday). Some teams will have full team breakfasts on Tuesday orThursday–check the mobile app for more information. Lunch will be served to all attendees on event days (Monday - Thursday). Wednesday's celebration event will include food stations and appetizers. Meals purchased elsewhere may be denied reimbursement.
