Congratulations! On behalf of the Blackbaud K-12 team, it is our pleasure to inform you that you have been accepted as a presenter for K-12 UC 2026 in Boston on July 15-17.

Session Information & Speaker Checklist

We look forward to sharing your session details with current and prospective registrants. Please review the speaker checklist below to ensure we have all the necessary details to begin promoting your session.   

  • Accept and register for the conference.
    • All speakers should accept their speaking commitments within 48 hours of receiving an acceptance email. If you have not completed this task, please do so as soon as possible.

    • If you cannot meet this deadline, please contact us.

    • If you can no longer commit to this speaking engagement, please click "decline" as soon as possible.

  • Read and confirm the Speaker Agreement

  • Session details have been audited by our copywriter.  If you feel an additional edit to your title or description is needed, please reach out to k12conference@blackbaud.com with immediate concerns.

  • As noted on the Call for Speakers form, all speakers are expected to keep each day of the conference open for their session.  If you have an unavoidable conflict and must miss a day, please contact your us as soon as possible. 

  • Accepted Session Speakers who abide by all obligations and deadlines will receive complimentary registration for the conference. 

  • Internal Blackbaud Speakers will receive a link to download the Blackbaud PowerPoint template in an email soon. 

  • Non-Blackbaud speakers are encouraged to use their organization's PowerPoint templates.

  • Help us promote the conference using the speaker social sharing kit (kit below).

  • Book your hotel and travel. 

Hotel and Accomedations
